I can't see an asset I've sent to my Sequence Wallet. What should I do?

Make sure to send assets to your wallet only using networks supported by Sequence.

Sequence wallet supports the following blockchains currently:

Ethereum Mainnet (ERC20)
Polygon (MATIC)
BNB smart chain (BEP20)
Polygon ZkEVM
Arbitrum One/Nova,
Optimism,
Avalanche
Base
Gnosis

We understand this can be inconvenient for you as there is no immediate solution for it. There is no way for us to access these funds directly, as Sequence is a non-custodial wallet. You can only access them once Sequence Wallet supports the chain you've sent your funds to. You can also join our Discord community where we will probably announce it first.

You can verify on the respective blockchain scanner whether your funds are in your Sequence wallet.

Ethereum blockchain scanner: https://etherscan.io/
Polygon blockchain scanner: https://polygonscan.com/
BNB smart chain blockchain scanner: https://bscscan.com/

A transaction of ETH, MATIC or BNB to your Sequence Wallet will show up in your balance, but it won't appear in the history section.
