We've recently streamlined the way we process support tickets for issues and concerns with Sequence. When you initiate a conversation during office hours indicated on the live chat window - you'll be able to discuss your issue directly with a Support Specialist.
If you initiate a conversation outside office hours. It will automatically convert into a ticket and our team will get back to you as soon as possible.
It is also good practice to include your wallet address and other pertinent information at the onset of the conversation to reduce the steps in getting your account reviewed and your issue resolved.
