Try refreshing your browser if your Sequence Wallet balance hasn’t updated a few minutes after your transaction. If doing so didn’t help, sign out of your Sequence Wallet and sign-in again.

If you have followed the steps above, but your balance is still not updated, we suggest you perform some basic troubleshooting..

If your transaction was a bridge between blockchains, please be patient; depending on which bridge you've selected, it could take up to 30 minutes. If you've been waiting for more than two hours, please open a ticket to let our support team handle the request and do a follow-up with the product team involved.

If you're still unable to see your funds after troubleshooting it yourself, please let us know so we can investigate further.
