Have you sent tokens to your Sequence wallet through Arbitrum, Avalanche or Optimism?

If so, you will not see them in your Sequence wallet. However, you will be able to see and access them once Sequence wallet supports that blockchain network you've sent your funds to. (see our Product Roadmap for further details)

Until then, make sure to send assets to your wallet only using networks supported by Sequence. If you send assets using a non-supported chain, your assets will not be available inside your wallet.

Sequence wallet supports the following blockchains currently:

  • Ethereum Mainnet (ERC20)

  • Polygon (MATIC)

  • BNB smart chain (BEP20)

  • Polygon ZkEVM

  • Arbitrum One/Nova,

  • Optimism,

  • Avalanche,

  • Gnosis

We understand this can be inconvenient for you as there is no immediate solution for it. There is no way for us to access these funds directly, as Sequence is a non-custodial wallet. You can only access them once Sequence Wallet supports the chain you've sent your funds to. You can also join our Discord community where we will probably announce it first.

You can verify on the respective blockchain scanner whether your funds are in your Sequence wallet.

A transaction of ETH, MATIC or BNB to your Sequence Wallet will show up in your balance, but it won't appear in the history section. Read on to understand why.
