I sent some coins/tokens from Sequence to another wallet provider but I haven't receive it yet
When you send tokens or coins to other wallets such as Binance, CEX.oi, and others, confirm that the transaction was successful as per the blockchain.
Once it’s confirmed, and your tokens are still not showing up in the receiving wallet, don’t worry; your funds are safe.
Some wallet providers do not support deposits from smart contract wallets such as Sequence; as a result, the tokens you transfer are not displayed.
This can be resolved by getting in touch with the wallet provider’s support team and request your tokens to be indexed or displayed on their end. Please make sure to provide your wallet address, the amount and the transaction ID in order for them to assist you accordingly.
